ABI is the largest multi-disciplinary, nonpartisan organization dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency. ABI was founded in 1982 to provide Congress and the public with unbiased analysis of bankruptcy issues. The “40 Under 40” honorees are distinguished by their professional achievements and service and are selected by a group of experienced insolvency professionals.
The honorees were announced at the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ) Conference on Monday, Oct. 17, in Orlando, Fla., and will be recognized at the ABI’s 2022 Winter Leadership Conference in December in California.

Kelli handles both in-court and out-of-court restructurings, and related litigation, financings, and other transactions, for clients in the oil and gas, oilfield services, and electric power sectors, as well as in the engineering and construction, technology, and aviation industries.
