Haynes and Boone, LLP Partner Maria Hopper has been selected as one of the nation’s leading M&A lawyers under the age of 40 by The M&A Advisor.
Maria will receive the 2022 Emerging Leaders Award during The M&A Advisor’s Future of Dealmaking Summit in November.

Based in Dallas, Maria focuses on mergers, acquisitions, venture capital/private equity investments, and corporate compliance and governance. A graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School, she was Adjunct Professor at the law school for the 2020-2021 academic year.
