A Haynes Boone transactions team represented Ryan, LLC, a leading global tax services and software provider, in its acquisition of Brayn Consulting LLC, a tax services firm specializing in research and development, cost segregation and green energy income tax incentives.
A global firm based in Dallas, Ryan is the largest firm in the world dedicated exclusively to business taxes and is widely recognized for its industry-leading suite of global tax services and proprietary software.
The Haynes Boone team representing Ryan was led by Partner Larry Shosid and Associate Hannah Shoss.

This deal follows Haynes Boone’s representation of Ryan in its acquisition of the property tax consulting business of Popp Hutcheson and its acquisition of Morrison & Head.
