Eduardo Corzo
Eduardo is a transactional lawyer with more than 20 years of experience. His areas of practice focus on finance, maritime law, energy, real estate and corporate/M&A work. He has played a lead role in a number of multinational projects. He was recognized in the 2023 editions of the Best Lawyers in Mexico directory (Woodward/White, Inc.) and the Latin Lawyer 250, a ranking by Law Business Research of the leading law firms doing business in Latin America (Law Business Research, Ltd.).
Emily Fuller
A member of the Finance Practice Group since 2017, Emily acts on a full range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on fund finance (both lender (bank and non-bank) and borrower side) for all asset classes, including syndicated and bilateral capital call facilities (both SMA and comingled), NAV facilities, preferred equity deals, hybrid facilities and GP support lines. She was ranked as an “Associate to Watch" in Chambers UK, Chambers and Partners, 2022, in Banking & Finance: Fund Finance - London (Firms) and is currently ranked in Chambers and Partners, 2023 edition in the “Up and Coming” category. Emily was also named as a ‘Rising Star’ in the 2020 Fund Finance Association’s (“FFA”) Rising Star Awards and sits on the FFA’s European Women in Fund Finance Committee and NextGen Committee. Emily is also a Green and Sustainable Finance Professional, as certified by the Chartered Banker Institute.
Alejandro González
Alejandro is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. He has more than 20 years of experience handling a broad range of civil, commercial, labor and constitutional litigation, including cross-border litigation. He also has extensive experience in transactional and contractual analysis from a preventive litigation perspective, and he has also represented many clients in general labor counseling and complex labor and employment corporate restructuring. Alejandro has participated in complex litigation, projects and settlements, spanning many industries, both in federal and local courts.
Jennifer Passagne
A member of the Finance Practice Group, Jennifer’s practice focuses on leveraged and acquisition finance, fund finance, direct lending, restructurings and special situations transactions. She has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border acquisition finance across a variety of sectors and credit products for private equity sponsors, alternative investment funds, banks and corporate clients. She advises borrowers and creditors at all levels of the capital structure on complex commercial debt transactions.
James Tinworth
A member of the Investment Management Practice Group, James’ practice focuses on alternative investment funds and related regulatory and corporate issues. He advises clients in relation to a wide variety of open and closed-ended fund structures established in a number of jurisdictions, both onshore and offshore. He has significant experience advising fund managers of all sizes, investors and service providers to funds across the full range of alternative investment.
