Haynes Boone Moves Woodlands Office to New Development on Lake Woodlands

February 05, 2024

Haynes Boone has relocated its Woodlands, Texas office to Two Hughes Landing, an eight-story Class A office building that overlooks Lake Woodlands at 1790 Hughes Landing Blvd. This is the firm’s third office move in Texas since the fall.

Haynes Boone now occupies about 7,500 square feet on the fifth floor of the building. The firm first opened shop in The Woodlands in 2018, at the time as Haynes Boone’s 16th office. The new space provides a beautiful work environment with phenomenal views of Lake Woodlands, with the building in the midst of a Landmark Award-winning 66-acre mixed-use development in The Woodlands.

“We are excited to transition to a new state-of-the art building in a growing area of The Woodlands,” said Haynes Boone Partner Craig Stahl, a member in the firm’s Energy Litigation Practice and the managing partner of the office in The Woodlands. “We look forward to continuing to deliver exceptional legal services from our new office space, perfectly positioned to serve our clients in the energy and business sectors.”

The Woodlands, home to many major energy and oilfield services companies, provides an excellent outpost for Haynes Boone’s Energy Practice Group, as it continues to handle significant transactions and litigation for a diverse array of industry clients in the United States and abroad. Chambers USA named Haynes Boone as one of the top-13 oil and gas litigation practices in the country last year.

Haynes Boone’s move to the Lake Woodlands development follows the firm’s relocation of its largest office to a new building in Dallas last fall, and comes after the Austin office relocated in December.
