D CEO has listed Haynes Boone Partners Brent Beckert and Kellie Bobo as finalists for 2025 Attorney of the Year, to be named at the 12th Annual Mergers and Acquisitions Awards. Haynes Boone is the only firm to have two finalists in the category.
The firm’s representation of Applied Avionics in its sale to Loar Group is also listed as a finalist for Deal of the Year in the $250-$999M category. The deal team was led by Beckert with support from Associates Bryan Diebels, Joshua Reisman and Janet Wyse.
D CEO and the Association for Corporate Growth – DFW honor the top dealmakers, acquisitions, dispositions and other financial transactions from the past year at the annual spring awards ceremony.
This announcement follows Beckert’s receipt of the Americas Rising Star Dealmakers Award from the Global M&A Network earlier this month at the M&A Atlas Awards.
Bobo was also the recipient of the 15th Annual Emerging Leaders Award by the M&A Advisor last June.
