Haynes Boone acted for Kore Potash on its fundraising by way of a placing and direct subscriptions of new ordinary shares. The potash exploration and development company, whose flagship asset is the 97 percent-owned Sintoukola Potash Project (Kola Project), is located within the Republic of Congo.
This transaction is the second in the last month for the London Capital markets team seven-attorney team that joined the firm in February. The new group has expanded Haynes Boone’s capital markets capabilities with decades of experience advising on high-profile deals across various markets in the United Kingdom and globally.
Kore Potash is an advanced stage mineral exploration and development company that is incorporated in England and Wales and listed on AIM, a market operated by the London Stock Exchange, the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and the JSE Limited (JSE) in South Africa.
Haynes Boone Capital Markets Partner Nick Davis led the deal team along with Associate Ravina Mahajan.
“It was a great pleasure to act for Kore on this important transaction as they advance the construction plans for the Kola project,” Davis said. “We look forward to assisting Kore as they continue towards future milestones.”
