Haynes Boone Achieves Top 3 Ranking for Texas M&A Deals in 2023

In its annual Corporate Deal Tracker report of mergers and acquisitions activity in the Texas market, Texas Lawbook ranked Haynes Boone in the top five firms for both total deals and aggregate deal value in 2023. The rankings track M&A transactions handled by Texas lawyers and transactions in the Texas market. Haynes Boone earned the highest ranking of all Texas-based firms by number of deals.

Haynes Boone surged in the rankings as the third most active firm by number of deals in 2023, up from the fifth most active in 2022. The firm advised on 69 Texas-led deals in 2023, up 9% from last year. Haynes Boone also climbed one spot for Texas-related deals, ranking as the fourth most active firm with 79 total transactions.
