Haynes Boone received the Gold Well Workplace award from Wellness Alliance for having built exceptional and comprehensive worksite wellness strategies. Firms receive this designation when they have demonstrated a clear and unique business case for wellness in the workplace and have created appropriate wellness initiatives and strategies to achieve that vision.
Haynes Boone made particularly high marks in collecting meaningful data to evolve its wellness strategy and in crafting an operating plan to achieve the firm’s wellness goals.
The Wellness Alliance unites the strengths of The Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) and the National Wellness Institute (NWI), offering education and certification programs, evidence-informed resources and networking opportunities to empower professionals to promote well-being.
Haynes Boone has also achieved the gold level of the 2024 Healthy Workforce Designation from Cigna Healthcare, recognizing companies that are committed to fostering a sustainable, healthy work culture.
The Cigna Healthy Workforce Designation evaluates organizations based on the core components of their well-being program, including leadership and culture, program foundations and execution, and policies and accommodations. Organizations recognized with this designation set the standard of excellence for organizational health and vitality.

Both acknowledgements from Wellness Alliance and Cigna Healthcare mark improvements from last year, when the firm earned bronze recognitions from each.
These awards follow the firm’s 2025 Vault rankings, where Haynes Boone was recognized for quality of life and job satisfaction. Additionally, in January, the firm joined the Mindful Business Charter, a collective of companies committed to removing unnecessary sources of stress and promoting better mental health and well-being in the workplace.
