Haynes Boone represented Teton Range, LLC, an oil and gas company focused on non-operated leasehold and mineral interests, to refinance its senior secured revolving credit facility. The facility will be used, in part, to assist in the acquisition, development and management of oil and natural gas interests across all unconventional basins in North America.
