D Magazine compiles the list of Best Lawyers Under 40 by asking lawyers with a valid Texas Bar number to nominate up to three young lawyers “whose work you have witnessed firsthand, would you rank among the current best.” A panel of esteemed lawyers then works with the magazine’s editors to evaluate the nominees and determine winners.
