Haynes Boone Partners Ricardo Garcia-Moreno and Larry Pascal have been featured in Latinvex’s 2023 Top 100 list of lawyers handling legal business in Latin America.
The editorial and research staffs of Latinvex, the Miami-based publisher of news and analysis on Latin American business, selected lawyers for its 11th Annual Top 100 list based on a combination of factors, including their recent track records on major deals and business, the prominence of their firms in Latin America, and rankings by third parties such as Chambers and Legal 500.
Garcia-Moreno serves as the managing partner of the firm’s Houston office. He practices corporate law with an emphasis on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and securities matters. He has close to 30 years of experience representing U.S., European, and Latin American clients in domestic and international transactions.
This is the fifth straight year that Garcia-Moreno has been ranked by Latinvex as one of the Top 100 lawyers doing business in Latin America.

He has more than 25 years of experience in advising companies on cross-border transactions, workouts, and disputes.
