• Advised New Heritage Capital, a Boston-based private equity firm, on government contracts matters related to its strategic partnership and investment in JA Moody, a premier maritime supplier of fluid control valves, actuators, strainers, parts, and services to the U.S. Navy and commercial marine industry.
• Advised Sverica Capital, a private equity investment firm, on government contracts matters related to its investment in FOUR Inc., a boutique IT aggregator primarily selling to the Federal government.
• Advised Trive Capital, a U.S. private equity firm, on government contracts matters related to its acquisitions and sales of numerous aerospace and defense businesses in diverse markets including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, communications hardware, systems engineering and design, and hypersonics and space launch vehicles.
• Advised Satcom Direct, a leading provider of fully integrated, end-to-end global satellite communications solutions, on government contracts matters related to its approximately $600 million sale to Gogo Inc.
• Advised Valesco Industries, a U.S. private equity firm, on government contracts matters related to its majority buyout of American Bedding Manufacturers, a manufacturer and distributor of bed materials to niche institutional end markets, including government and military bases.
• Advised Halle Capital-backed True Environmental on government contracts and small business regulatory matters relating to its acquisition of Sundance Consulting, a nationally recognized and award-winning environmental consulting firm.
• Advised Construction Partners, Inc., a U.S. construction, repair and maintenance civil infrastructure company, on government contracts matters related to its approximately $950 million acquisition of Lone Star Paving, a prominent Austin, Texas-based asphalt manufacturing and paving company.
