  • Represented a US$640,000,000 (Comprised of a US$380,000,000 Revolving Credit Facility and a US$260,000,000 Term Loan Facility), Senior Secured Credit Facility in favor of a privately-held fixed base of operations operator for private aviation. Charlie represented the Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent in this syndicated credit facility. This credit facility involved complications arising with dozens of locations of operations, interaction with governmental aviation boards and documentary and intangibles taxation.
  • Represented a US$1,256,250,000 (Comprised of a US$800,000,000 Revolving Credit Facility, a US$206,250,000 Term Loan A and a US$250,000,000 Delayed Draw Term Loan) Senior Unsecured Credit Facility in favor of a public company manufacturer of fuselages and cockpit components incorporated into Boeing and Airbus aircraft. Charlie represented the Lead Arranger and the Administrative Agent in this syndicated credit facility.
  • Represented a Senior Secured Credit Facility in favor of entities comprising a for-profit university. Charlie represented the Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent in this syndicated credit facility. This credit facility involved complications arising in connection with lending to a for-profit educational institution, which is heavily regulated by the United States federal government.
  • Represented a US$125,000,000 (comprised of a US$50,000,000 Revolving Credit Facility and a US$75,000,000 Term Loan) Senior Secured Credit Facility in favor of a public insurance company that primarily provides personal and commercial residential insurance in the coastal United States. Charlie represented the Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent in this syndicated credit facility.
  • Represented a US$1,050,000,000 (comprised of a US $450,000,000 Revolving Credit Facility and a US $350,000,000 Term Loan B), with an additional advance under the Term Loan B of US$250,000,000, Senior Secured Credit Facility in favor of a Canadian multinational electronic manufacturing services company. Charlie represented the Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent in this syndicated credit facility.
