- Represented Administrative Agent for a $400 million senior secured credit facility in the Vyaire Medical, Inc. Chapter 11 cases pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
- Represented BlockFi Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries in their Chapter 11 cases pending in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. BlockFi was an industry-leading provider of cryptocurrency related products and services.
- Represent Administrative Agent for a $800 million senior secured credit facility in the Loyalty Ventures, Inc. Chapter 11 cases pending in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
- Represented Administrative Agent for a $500 million senior secured credit facility in the Arena Energy LP Chapter 11 cases pending in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
- Represented Administrative Agent for a $190 million senior secured credit facility in the Sundance Energy, Inc. Chapter 11 cases pending in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
- Represented Administrative Agent for $300 million senior secured credit facility in the comprehensive out-of-court financial restructuring of Tapstone Energy, LLC.
- Represented Corsicana Mattress and its affiliates in their Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.
- Representation of Erickson Incorporated and its affiliates in their Chapter 11 reorganization in the Northern District of Texas. Erickson was a specialized helicopter manufacturer and service provider.
- Represented buyer of substantially all of the Debtor’s oil and gas assets for $132 million in the White Star Petroleum Holdings, et al. Chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
- Represented stalking horse buyer of substantially all of the Debtor’s oil and gas assets for $110 million in the Parallel Energy LP, et al. Chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
- Represented buyer of resort property and related real estate for $67 million in Amelia Island Company Chapter 11 case in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.
