When Michael Boone joined Richard Haynes's solo practice in Dallas fresh out of law school in 1967, there were only ten 100-lawyer firms in the country and little guidance about how to join that elite group. Mike Boone is a member of the Board of Directors of Haynes and Boone and one of the co-founders of the firm. He has more than 40 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities transactions, and board of director representations.
