Haynes and Boone Expands Orange County Business Litigation Group
ORANGE COUNTY – Haynes and Boone, LLP has added Partner Mark Erickson to its Orange County Business Litigation Practice Group.
Mr. Erickson is an experienced business litigator representing Fortune 500 companies, developers and entrepreneurial ventures in a wide range of commercial and real estate-related disputes. Senior Attorney Alan Wechsler and Associate William O’Neill will round out Mr. Erickson’s team.
“Mark has critical trial experience and is well known in the courts and litigation community of Southern California,” said Orange County Partner Ken Parker. “His wealth of knowledge coupled with his entrepreneurial experience will be a huge benefit to clients facing complex commercial and business litigation locally and nationally.”
Mr. Erickson’s practice focuses on trial work in Southern California federal and state courts. He represents clients in commercial and real estate disputes, including cases involving trade secrets, unfair competition, construction defects, creditors’ rights, and complex business litigation.
Mr. Erickson is a member of the board of governors for the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, currently serving as secretary to the board. He is a former officer in the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps and was one of the founding partners of Dubia, Erickson & Tenerelli, LLP, a litigation boutique in Orange County.
Mr. Wechsler and Mr. O’Neill also focus on complex general and business litigation and join Haynes and Boone from Dubia, Erickson & Tenerelli, LLP.
