Description: Plaintiffs proposed to represent a class of pipeline controllers throughout the United States who were allegedly misclassified as exempt under the FLSA administrative exemption. The court conditionally certified the class, but we successfully limited the potential class to only certain grades of pipeline controllers. Further, after challenging plaintiffs’ faulty notice and successfully resolving the federal court lawsuit, only two claimants remain in arbitration.
