Major Remittance Processing Transactions - BancTec
The Technology Transactions group at Haynes and Boone recently assisted BancTec in the negotiation and completion of two major remittance processing transactions. These transactions, one with a major credit card company and the other with one of nation's largest supplier of health and life insurance products, were completed in a timely and efficient manner for our client. The deals were negotiated for a 10-year period and were valued at about $95 million each.
