Haynes and Boone Achieves Complete Victory on Appeal for AT&T

The Dallas Court of Appeals recently handed Haynes and Boone client AT&T a complete victory on appeal in an employment discrimination suit. Finding that there was no evidence of discriminatory conduct by AT&T, the court reversed a jury verdict on race discrimination charges and affirmed judgment notwithstanding the verdict on retaliation and hostile work environment claims.
