Jason Huebinger

Jason Huebinger is an associate in the Litigation Section in the Houston office of Haynes and Boone, LLP. Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Jason served as law clerk to the Honorable James R. Nowlin of the Western District of Texas for two years, where he assisted in drafting orders, organized the court's docket, and analyzed complex legal arguments. Jason now utilizes these experiences in his litigation practice, which encompasses drafting motions, oral argument, discovery management, settlement negotiations, and post-judgment procedures.

Jason also volunteers as a prosecutor for the Houston Municipal Courts, where he has tried numerous cases to jury or bench verdict.

Selected Representative Experience


TimeGate Studios, Inc. v. SouthPeak Interactive, LLC, 860 F. Supp. 2d 350 (S.D. Tex. 2012)
Persuaded a federal district court to vacate a more than $9 million arbitration award entered against a video game developer under the Federal Arbitration Act because the award violated the essence of the publishing agreement that was the subject of the parties' dispute.
